HBF SME Developer Seminar – Indevor Bonds and Guarantees
We were invited by the HBF to contribute to the HBF SME Developer Seminar on 21st April 2026. It was an incredible opportunity to present our expertise to the industry and provide a platform to showcase the importance of surety bonds to SME developers.
The event was also a valuable experience for the company to take part in, as it aligns with our vision of providing technical knowledge of surety bonds to the housebuilding and construction industry, an area that is often overlooked and misunderstood.
During the presentation, we had the opportunity to discuss the structure of Indevor Bonds, explain the common misconception of insurance versus surety, highlight key industry challenges, and cover topics including social housing performance bonds and tips for strengthening your application.
We also enjoyed answering audience queries and having open conversations with attendees about the challenges they are currently experiencing. It was a valuable opportunity to hear first hand perspectives, explore common issues across the sector, and contribute to a broader discussion around current industry conditions.
